RETURN POLICY: Returns or Exchanges must be received by us within 20 days of receipt. Returns after 20 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns and 30 days for refunds. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees unless you received damaged product or the wrong item was shipped and you do not want a replacement. Damaged or missing merchandise must be called into us within 48 hours of receiving for replacement.
REFUSED DELIVERY: If you refuse delivery of an order that was requested for express delivery (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day), we will refund you for the merchandise less the return shipping cost and a $10.00 handling fee when it is returned to us by the shipper. Our merchandise is constantly revolving so we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock. Prices are subject to change without notice.
